That’s right — Honestly Always You is finally out in the world! This book took me 11 days to draft but over a year to edit (that ratio is pretty standard for me 😂), so seeing it in the wild is just the best.

The Story Behind the Story

As you probably already know, Honestly Always You is the love story of Mandy and Justin from the Codex series! Since they were already together when the Codex series started with The Secret of the Codex, I needed to find out how they actually got together. And being the pantser that I am, I had to literally write the book to find out! (Read more about the story behind the book here.)

Turns out, Mandy and Justin had some obstacles to overcome on their journey to each other. If you’ve read the first chapter (if you haven’t, you can read the first chapter here), you know that Mandy starts the book already dating someone else. What happens next is heartbreaking, but sometimes things have to fall apart for better things to come together, right?

I just loved how Mandy and Justin got together in this book. Their story is, according to a reviewer on Goodreads, "...sweet, romantic, and incredibly thoughtful in equal measure." I’m so excited to finally share their story with you!

Synopsis
