A Quick Welcome and Thank You!

Hello Everyone!We've added several people to the blog in the past few weeks, so I wanted to take the opportunity to welcome you all! Many of you may know me personally, but even if you don't, thank you for your support!As you probably know, I'm publishing my first book, The Secret of the Codex, this summer. I started researching self-publishing a few weeks ago and, as you could probably guess, the process is overwhelming! But never fear – I've been waiting over a decade to see this vision come to life, so I will push through and make this book a reality. FINALLY.In the meantime, I've been working on my second novel! It's a continuation of the first, and I've already written over 40,000 words! (By comparison, The Secret of the Codex, is just over 120,000 words – and that's long for a book.) But my editing process is usually brutal, so who knows how many of those 40,000 words will actually make it to the final draft!Most of you should have received the first 3 chapters of the book as a preview in your email – if you've had a chance to read it, I'd love to hear your thoughts! Part of why I'm growing my email list is so you, the "first adopters," can try things out before we take them public.
